Send it in for warranty. That is the only solution. Clearing cache, resetting, etc. will not work and is just wasting time.
My unit was serviced feb and just this april, the camera gave way again so the centre replaced it again for free. Good thing is if your OS is the latest, they will not reformat so at least you save your data and settings.
I'm sending mine in tomorrow, along with a letter explaining the problem and how I have already had local UBreakIFix change out the camera 8 weeks ago and we are back at this same problem.
This is ridiculous and continuous send backs are not an option. It's time to call this piece of junk a LEMON and demand for a different phone (S10?) I have zero confidence in the camera at this point in time.
I got the same issue after pie update. Buzzing sound when Zooming Camera and blur image. The funny thing is it works fine only when I put the phone facing down and zoom it.
I have already tried to clean the data for the camera app and reset the phone.
I just got off the phone with Samsung and they're wanting me to take my phone to ibreakufix to repair the cam module and I'm reading that everyone is having it happen again right afterwards. I don't want to go through this headache. Why can't you guys just own it and replace the device. I don't want to have to go back. I spent too much on this phone to do all YOUR legwork and still end up with a messed up phone.
How do I fix this.
It started today. Note 9 (att). New update pushed on weds.
Today the camera vibrates and fuzzy when zoomed in ....
This should still be under warranty, right?
