I just got off the phone with Samsung and they're wanting me to take my phone to ibreakufix to repair the cam module and I'm reading that everyone is having it happen again right afterwards. I don't want to go through this headache. Why can't you guys just own it and replace the device. I don't want to have to go back. I spent too much on this phone to do all YOUR legwork and still end up with a messed up phone.
How do I fix this.
It started today. Note 9 (att). New update pushed on weds.
Today the camera vibrates and fuzzy when zoomed in ....
This should still be under warranty, right?
I don't care what anyone says, this was brought on by the Pie update. Not a single mention of it that I can remember until that update was pushed, and now magically there are tons of reports? People get the hardware "fixed" and have it happen again? That's not hardware, that's software. I can go days without it happening and then all of a sudden it happens every time I zoom. If hardware goes, it goes. It doesn't get worse to a point and stop degrading. This is clearly software bugs in my opinion.
Hey, give this a shot:
Go to Settings > Apps > Show system Apps (click on the 3 vertical dots upper right of screen) >
Camera > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache.
Hey bro i have this issue too, but i managed to temporarily fix the problem by shaking the phone vigorously when the buzzing occurs, take note u have to do everytime it happens
