How does one with a non-US Note 9 get support for this issue? I am IN THE UNITED STATES and bought my non-US Note 9 IN THE UNITED STATES, but Mods keep telling me the following:

Clearly I'm not going to fly to the UK, Duabai or somehwere SE Asia to have the phone fixed! Can I get a little common sense here and possibly some help/support????

Hey @Josh0351, I apologize for the confusion and any inconveniences. However, we do not have the ability to support models outside of the US. There are differences between the US and International firmware, in which we do not have access to. If you purchased your device outside of the US, please visit the link below for support in your area. http://www.samsung.com/visitcountry
