I know this issue has been "solved" but I am unsure as to best way to expedite remediation.
Cleared the data and cache from my Camera App (standard Camera app that came on phone from factory)
Booted my phone in safe mode
Defaulted my camera settings
After all the suggested fixes I have found on this forum, the issue still persists. I understand that this may be a hardware defect?
Please let me know if any further information is needed
My Note 9 has developed the same camera vibration focus problem. I've tried everything from safe mode to factory reset without success. The nearest service is over an hour away. Sending the phone in for weeks is not an option. Disabling the problem lens is an unacceptable solution on a $1000 dual lens device. What is the latest policy or decision from Samsung regarding this problem? A few of the numerous threads on this same topic are almost a year old!
