Put your seatbelts on you could be waiting awhile. Many of us have bluetooth paring issues with the note 9 and so far Samsung has been silent....

Hey there users135Y8CmIH, I merged your post with our main thread about this issue. Can you provide me with the model number of your Note 9, the baseband version, and the make/model info of your vehicle?
I am currently working with our product specialists in order to figure this out. I do not yet have anything new to add though, I'm sorry.

I have the similar issue with my Note 9 and Toyota Prius 2016. They sync just fine, but when I try to make a phone call using voice dial or using car's touch screen I get a message " Out of celluar service area. Please try again later" I am in service area and I have full bars .But if I use my phone to make the call instead of Toyotas interface it works just fine and I can enjoy a bluetooth phone call.
This happenes all the time. My old Mate 8 had no issues. Im i Canada on Koodo/Telus network.

When is Samsung going to report back on what they are doing to resolve this KNOWN bluetooth issue on a phone that cost $1,000+?

Mine does something similar. It will play media audio through the car speaker then randomonly switches back to phone audio. Bluetooth never disconnects. Setting the car to "Line In" and then back to "Bluetooth Stereo" (2012 Ford Taurus SYNC) gets the audio back to car speakers but it will eventually switch back to the phone speakers. Sometimes it's as quick as 10 seconds.

Been facing the same issues. It happens in my wifes RAV4 and my Tundra. The deck ia stock in the rav4 and Kenwood in the tundra. I've found the Android auto to be worthless as well. It switches the media off automatically or vice versa. Cool 1200 dollar phone that I can't listen to music on right ?
