Note 9 keep restarting automatically

My phone still keep restarting automatically even after following steps:
* Rebooted by pressing upward volume, Bixby and power switch
* Factory reset

My note 9 is 24 months old with excellent condition.
Does anyone have better way to stop Note 9 restarting automatically.

Re: Note 9 keep restarting automatically

I had this same prob with my Note 10+. I went through all the recommended steps and still had problems, so they said it was a hardware issue and to return my phone to swap out. Unfortunately my new reconditioned has the same problem. I wish I had an answer for you, and me both.

Re: Note 9 keep restarting automatically

is it a constant thing? daily? weekly? does it do it at the same time every day? is it random or does it actually like it's on a schedule? does it do it when the screen saver kicks in? there are several things that are easy to fix but just need a bit more information.

Re: Note 9 keep restarting automatically

Hello,

Have you confirmed the auto-restart is not enabled in your settings?

Re: Re: Note 9 keep restarting automatically

They only other thing that I've heard of it's a bug from months ago with the biometrics, but I thought that was a past problem. But it doesn't hurt to test it. Go to biometrics and delete all the biometrics. Face, Iris, fingerprints. Remove totally. Reboot and then put new biometrics in. New scans. No promises, but it's been a fix in the past. Good luck.
