Note 9 one ui 2.0 update?

Once all of the Betas are finished and Verizon verifies it and adds there stuff to it they should push the update I would expect sometime in the first part of the year

Yes since the Beta normally only goes to the S10 and Note 10 line of phones if Samsung decides to send it to the 9's and your phone is a model Sm-960U1 you would be able to get it once the beta is available but that's months away
