I have a broken Note 9 S pen. I clicked the top of the pen and the metal top came off, leaving the rest of the pen inside the phone. Does this fall under the 1yr warranty?

Yea....my Wife dropped her Note9. The pen popped out and wouldn't stay in the device after that happened. She had 1 free replacement and the new pen didn't stay in either. She would jiggle the phone and it would ease itself out. I told her, that's why I stay away from the Note Series. I just bought her and myself the S10+. She's happy now....lol....this should fall under the warranty by the way.
This same thing just happened to me this morning. I have bought every Note phone since the original. I have not dropped my phone or misused my phone in any way. I simply went to eject the S-Pen as usual and the tip came off as soon as I went to pull it out. The top slightly cracked as well. Like I said, I have not dropped or misued my Note 9 or S-Pen. I keep it well protected and always have. I hope someone from Samsung can help me with this. I have been a loyal customer for a decade. Thank You!
