Note 9 speaker problem

I have noticed while watching videos after about 6 min the sound changes it seems as iff one of the speakers just suddenly gets lower

Yes when im watching videos it happens between 6-7 minutes into the video and it happens all the time its really annoying it even does it in safe mode

It does it on youtube and netflix

Hey, give this a shot.

Go to Settings > Apps > Show system Apps (click on the 3 vertical dots upper right of screen) >
 Youtube > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache. 
 then

Go to Settings > Apps > Show system Apps (click on the 3 vertical dots upper right of screen) >
 Netflix > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache. 
 Restart Phone

Just tried that and it still does it

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps?

Evey app i mean its doing it while listening to music also

Not every app. Give safe mode a try first and see if this still occurs.
