On landscapre mode the top and bottom screen in not responding to touch

So when i use apps in landscape mode i realised the edge of the screen which would be top on bottom on landscape mode is not responding to touch. ( S-Pen seems to work) I have removed my tempered glass protection to rule that out.

Is it a know issue or did i receive a faulty handset?

Factory reset did the trick. Might be some app interfering
