Re: Recent update - Firstly resolution problem and now shows firmware update not completed

JUMP TO SOLUTION

I found a fix for the profile update error. Pop your sim out while you're phone is on.

Hold power, volume up and Bixby till the phone completely restarts.

Punch in your password to bring you to your phone, then put the sim back in.

This worked for me. May have to try it a few times.

100% WORKS!

What happens the next time you power cycle your phone? If it comes back it is not a permanent fix. I appreciate the temp fix but I would rather have samsung resolve the issue.

JUMP TO SOLUTION

Is your phone an unlocked phone or a carrier unlocked phone?

Are you using the original SIM card in your device?

Was your phone re-actived after a disconnect?

Did you change phone numbers or carriers?
