S PEN

Hi,

I got a brand new Note 9 over the weekend.

The S Pen works well with air command.

However, it never connects to the phone for remote functions. It always states "could not connect".

I have soft-reset, removed, and re-inserted the pen but to no avail.

Any help?

Could anyone fix this?

having the same issue and I purchased two ✌️ replacement pens one from Amazon and one from best buy and they either connect once and never connect again.

Do the pens have serial numbers?

hey..thanks but the Bluetooth works great with my car, wireless headphones and other devices.
It just won't connect with the S pen

yeah it works well with my earbuds and car and speaker.
