TRIED EVERYTHING....case, clearing bluetooth cache, factory reset, reset the pen.....
Did not buy a new pen yet.... anyone have this issue? Trusted site for a new pen anyone? Bought the phone unlocked from the samsung ebay store....
Contact the place of purchase, just send them email.
Also while waiting for reply, contact Samsung Tech support:
If your device is covered under warranty then see if Samsung will replace/repair the pen. If there is no warranty for some reason, then you can buy one:
@CHEENO make sure if the spen supports bluetooth there are some Spen third party do not support bluetooth, therefore, it will not connect to the phone.
