It's not. I must have misclicked.
The real answer is that it's defective. I returned it for a replacement.
BTW, I don't use any case.
Which one is defective, the S Pen or the whole phone?
My S Pen won't connect at all. I've even tried a factory reset. It seems that the S Pen dies after a while. My phone has always been in a case. I hope it's the S Pen and not the phone. I wish Samsung would spend a little more time developing their "feature" that sets this phone apart from the rest. I love my Note phones and this is the first S Pen that has died.
Go to the "S Pen Remote" settings screen and on the very top right corner click the 3 vertical dots button for the drop-down menu to show. Click on "Reset S Pen" and it'll take a minute and re-sync the S Pen.
Can I ask if you've tried the steps listed by @SparkyBoy006 quoted above?
