Have you tried doing a factory reset? Make sure you back up your content before resetting. Or transfer all photos and videos to an SD card and remove before resetting. Let me know if this works.

The problem has returned. This time it started when I went to setting>lock screen> screen lock type, then when I entered my pen it shuts off. I'm just going to call Samsung for support.
