One UI 2.0 beta is not yet available for the Note 9. It should be coming soon though!

The One UI 2.0 beta is currently available for Galaxy S10 devices that are unlocked, or on Sprint or T-Mobile. The beta should be coming soon for other devices, though!

Its not available yet. When it is there will be a banner on the main page of the samsung members app.
