A month ago I was able to connect to my 2018 Samsung TV via Smart View on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 but now everytime I try to connect it says '[Phone] Galaxy Note9 was unable to connect. Try using your mobile device to connect instead.' Has anyone had this problem before and is there a fix for it?
Are you able to connect any other devices to the TV? What is the model code of the TV?
Hi, yes other members of my family are able to connect with their Samsung and Apple Phones. Also my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 which does not connect is updated to the latest version (Android 10). My Samsung TV model number is Ue55nu8070t.
