@Roberth_Lohan What sim card are you using? if you are using MVNO sim card you need to use the 4 National carrier to update the phone since your device is originally from AT&T. I can see your service SW provider is ATT/XAA/ATT the last three letters tells me the phone is originally from AT&T and the 1st and 2nd group shows your sim card provider and since it shows XAA on the 2nd group it tells me you are using one of the MVNO sim card which you need to be in supported network which is the national 4 carriers. Who is your provider?
