This can happen when the apps are not fully compatible with the new update but there may be some things you can try. Pleae back up your data before trying any of these.
Wipe the cache data from the apps
Delete the apps and reinstall them.
Turn off the device for 5-10 minutes.
Go into recovery mode and select "wipe cache" from the menu.
Factory reset the device.
If none of these work, you may have to wait until the apps themselves release an update.
