I see this is an ongoing issue, i did all of the other fixes including wipe and safe mode still happened. I took it into us cellular they could not help me so i had to buy a new phone because i am working from home right now and i have to tether my phone for Internet.I am very angry that this is a known issue and i had to buy a phone so i could work , what is up samsung?I loved my note 9 but would not buy or recommend buying another one because of the issues . So i just turned off the fingerprint scanner and i am going to leave the phone on and see if it works, the phone does not have service because i had to buy a new on. I am angry that i had to buy a new phone . What is the real fix ?
