@userwRsQb6EJdd Have you tried clearing the cache partition on your phone? Here are the steps.
I've done all of the suggestions. none of them worked. I am thinking this is a Samsung issue and the only way to fix it is for them to send out an update, because I am connected to the server, everything is working fine on my phone except that darn pop up almost everytime I send a text or use fb messenger.
I just got around to installing the most recent software update today and now I'm having the same issue. I've have tried all of the suggestions and the issue remains. I suspect it's a Samsung issue as well and the only way to resolve it would be for Samsung to send out an update. I'm putting my Samsung Fold order with AT&T on hold until this issue is resolved.
