the camera makes destroyed photos

Hello!

I have a Samsung Note 9 and occasionally the camera makes destroyed photos and I cannot rely on the phone to make photos anymore. See attachment.

I didn't have such issue with my previous Note 2 na d Note 4.

Any idea how to fix it?20190210_175512.jpg

You see that you take it to the phone repair shop or just sell it

No. I started to have such kind of photo via couple months we purchased the phone. My husband was trying to communicate to Samsung cusotmer service, but they came to nothing, and I was advise (by my husband) to install the camera app from Google Play. It works just fine, but I like Samsung's camera because of its features. And you know to pay $1K and will be not able to use the camera in full it looks not very nice for Samsung's reputation.

@userhN3NL96MZa Does the picture quality stay the same when the phone is in safe mode?

Re: the camera makes destroyed photos

We wanted to provide a direct troubleshooting link to placing the device into safe mode : http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001076/

Safe mode will allow you to test the device to see if the issue persist, If the issue does not persist then a third party application would be causing your issue.

We recommend checking the device in safe mode and letting us know if this resolves your concerns.

If it does happen we would recommend taking the device to your local ubreakifix for further assistance.

If that is the case wanted to provide you with the ability to look up the nearest location: https://www.ubreakifix.com/locations
