I had been buying my phones direct from Samung for the past 4 years. Last year I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. At that time I purchased my phone from Verizon. And while their service is great I totally forgot how much they cripple their devices, especially Samsung device for some reason. No Samsung Cloud? No Find My Mobile? That's crazy. Why dont they do this to Apple devices? Oh yeah, cause Apple won't let them. So why does Samsung allow them to deliberately nerfed their devices? Bloatware is one thing. But disabling core functionality? I know Verizon is their customer in this case and not me. But I would assume Samung has enough clout to make a stand on this. At least on their flagship Galaxy S and Galaxy Note phones. What do you guys think?
