Cannot add a Samsung Account [Processing Failed]

Hello guys,
I bought a Note 10+ days ago and I cannot add a Samsung Account.
Every time I try to sign in I get a message "Processing Failed".
Did a research on the internet and the Samsung Community, found another topics by the members that had the same problem and tried every method mentioned there.. but without success.

 

  • Tried to wipe cache
  • Factory Reset
  • Loggin from desktop and updating my infos
  • Opening a new Samsung Account
  • Tried to log in into the safe mode
  • Cleared cache of Samsung Account App and Samsung Experience
  • NOTHING SEEEEEEMS TO WORKKKKKK !

I'm getting really frustrated ! Why do we need to spend nearly 1K$ and we cannot access Samsung Account features. I'm really disappointed about this and I need a fix. Any ideas ?
