I'm done with Samsung! 1 month outta warranty & I'm experiencing the same thing as many others. My wife and I have had (8) Samsung phones over the past several years and this is how they treat repeat customers?! 

 I'm done! Apple here i come! My  son is on his 4th iPhone & HAS NEVER had an issue. I've been an android guy from the beginning but if this is what Samsung has become I'm out. 

 Tomorrow I'm buying the iPhone 12. Samsung has lost another loyal customer. F' em! $1000 for a 13 month old phone that not won't charge?!?! Nope, done! Good luck people....

where do you live? I've never heard if this before but I understand your frustration except it's my carrier that does things not samsung
