Device Care Widget stuck in all black

Anyone know why my Device Care widget in my Note10+ displays everything in Black? I can't see anything on a dark wallpaper. On my S10 5G it displays in white.

Have you tried force stopping and clearing the cache of the application?

Yes I have several times. Issue persists.

I think it has to be an issue with One UI 1.5 on Note10+ as my S10 5G has One UI 1.0 and it works A1.
