Ok, so I love all my Samsung devices from TVs, watch to my new Note 10 plus. However I have issues with my 2 month old ear buds. First, use to loose signal when walking and had my note 8 in my back pocket. I always have update to the latest software. Last week I purchased the new Note 10 plus and when I try to use the headphones to answer a call the person on the other end says my voice is garbled and cant hear me. This has become very frustrating and is defeating the purpose of the earbuds. Hate to say it, but getting ready to purchase some Apple ear pods. Very sad, as everything I have is Samsung.
