How to fix camera cutout feature.  This is the problem.  I changed it while messing around in settings, but couldn't get back to it.  Here's how! 
 
1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Display.
3. Scroll down and tap on Full screen apps item.
4. Tap the three-dot menu button on the top right.
5. Select Advanced settings.
6. Activate the Hide Camera Cutout feature by tapping on the corresponding toggle.
