Galaxy Buds

My left bud is not connecting. My app says that it is not connected. I am not sure if it is charging either. I put it in and the light turns red but it never turns green like it is charged. I bought mine in Amazon last Sunday. I picked them up yesterday. They worked until this morning. I installed the second latest update and when i put them back in it did not connect. The right bud is working perfectly. My phone is a note 10 if that makes a difference. Please help.

Honestly, since you just got them, it's probably best to just get them exchanged through Amazon. Galaxy Buds are great and I used them since March with no issues, but it's always possible to run into a defective set. Things happen.
