I just bought a Note 10+ and my signal strength is terrible. I have contacted Sprint, done a PRL & Profile update. The same areas where I was previously getting full bars on LTE with my Galaxy S8 I'm now getting 2 bars on 3G!
Does it actually seem to affect call quality or reliability? Or data? I've noticed that my Note10+ pretty much never goes above two bars, but everything still works fine. I suspect it might just be how the phone displays signal...
It was effecting data and a lot of dropped calls. After much troubleshooting I found it only worked in cdma mode (3g). We changed sim cards and it did not resolve it. Sprint changed it out as a defective device.
I am having difficulty getting a cell signal on my new note 10. I have never had an issue like this on my S7 active. I have missed several calls from family while at work where I normally have great signal. Any one know how to fix this?
