Note10I have the same issue with my note 10+. My first phone I had to exchange after 3 days for the same issue and now again with my new one. It could be a sensor that reads the battery temp and isn't working properly. Samsung needs to fix this asap.

They also need to fix the charging percentage and time remaining indicator that can't be turned off while the phone is charging.
The whole suspect claim that it won't burn into your screen because the pixels move doesn't cut it.
No one is comfortable with this.
We want our screens completely black when charging Samsung!

Note10I have had my note 10+ since October and it has been sent back for repair twice for the same problem, low temp error and will not charge. Samsung ignored my request to replace the phone and replaced the PBA for the 2nd time. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years, but i guess that didn't weigh in on their decision to repair instead of replace. I am very disappointed with this phone and regret that I purchased it and will think long and hard before purchasing another Samsung phone based on Samsung's support team response to this issue.

Note10Ok to who ever reads this. I'll let you in on a little secret. This took me about 6 hours on the phone back and forth with sprint and samsung. Neither of them will replace your phone for you. Sprint wants you to take it to a repair shop and samsung wants you to mail it to them so they can diagnose the problem and if it's on thier end they will replace it. So the trick.... if you need a new phone asap and they wont do it. Then contact the people you have insurance for the phone threw. Everyone one of them have a one time phone replacement policy when it's a manufacturer issue. Your welcome

Note10I've had my note10 for about 4 months now and all of a sudden it won't charge. I've tried four different cables, as well as three different wall bricks. It says battery temp too low. I just saw in the forums there are other users that have had this issue. Is there a fix for this or some replacement program. After my Galaxy Bomb7 (NOTE7) I expected to never see a battery issue with samsung again. This phone is too expensive to have these issues. I want this fixed ASAP.
