So I bought a Note 10+ like a week ago and for some reason it wouldn't charge cause it said battery temp too low. I had Samsung called and they said to blow on my charging port for 15 seconds. I'm not an air compressor and my phone's charging port isn't a tire. I asked them to send one of the Samsung+ people and they refused. Like what? Great service. I'll make sure to not make the mistake of buying a Samsung next year.
