First with your phone off try booting into Recovery Mode by pressing and holding onto both the volume up and Bixby button then press and hold the power button until Recovery Mode starts up. With the volume keys scroll down and select "Wipe Cache Partition" and then reboot and see if that will work. If that doesn't work, repeat the same steps in the beginning except instead of wiping the partition, if you have your data backed up and willing to do this, select Wipe Data/Factory Reset, then reboot. If that doesn't work either, I would suggest calling 1-800-Samsung for support.
