Incoming calls

I have an issue. Close to ½ if all my incoming calls never ring. I get notified of voicemails but no missed calls. I have the unlocked Note10 on Verizon but I don't know that it's the network because it happens just as often when I'm connected to WiFi. Does anyone have any tips for me?

Check your call forwarding. I never messed with mine, but it somehow got set to Always forward

The old go to would be a factory reset or you could try resetting network settings and/or reset settings from the general management > reset section.
