I have galaxy s8 the Galaxy s9 up to a tablet with Android 7.1 and all are compatible And the Galaxy note 10+ which is Samsung's latest device is not

I've been speaking with Netflix's development department and we got this all resolved. This was an issue on Netflix's end and is now resolved.
