The individual carries choose whether to opt into the beta programs. Verizon and AT&T did not choose to participate in this beta. Other carriers did opt-in and their customers devices are eligible. If you are dissatisfied with this I would recommend reaching out to your carrier for further explanation on why they did not opt in.
Aytug- Samsung has already released the beta update for all galaxy s10 models that are t-mobile and international unlocked devices. It was released a while ago. Galaxy note 10 international unlocked devices are waiting for the beta program. The person who posted this did say 'we are waiting for the galaxy note 10/ note 10+ one ui 2.0 beta.' The person never said they were running beta and they never said beta had been released for note 10 devices yet. They just wanted to give details and information for people who decides to sign up for the beta program so we can all know that this will be a beta software update, not the full version, and there will be bugs and problems and asked who all is excited for the note 10 one ui 2.0 beta. Some people don't read before they respond.
And the person doesn't know when the beta will be available but most likely will be available pretty soon. No one can give information on when it will be available other than Samsung them selves and Samsung doesn't give people a specific date of when a beta or a software update will be available. The point of the beta is for people to test it out and report in what problems they experience on the software so they can have the software completely fixed before they send the official build out.
