Maybe it's just me but when phone calls come through the caller information doesn't show on screen unless I pull down the top tool bar. Definitely bizarre and I've never had this issue. Hopefully there is a fix.

It may be that you have "Call pop-up" enabled.

Have you contacted your service provider to make sure caller ID is provisioned correctly on your Note10+?
