I am unable to download apps from the google play store, and I barely recieve any notification at all. I've gotten my phone replaced, I've done factory resets, I've cleared every cache imagineable, I've uninstalled all apps, this problem just keeps coming back. This has to be a samsung problem.
I've tried 5 factory resets to no avail.
I've brought it to UBreakIFix and they couldn't fix
The issue has persisted through an update to Android 10.
Clearing the following caches didn't change the outcome:
I've also tried wiping the Cache Partition via the recovery menu as suggested by Samsung to no result.

I need an engineer to look into this issue or something.
I know this may sound base but can you download from google play on any other device under your account. I mean if you can't then you know it's eight google play or google account but not your Note
Thanks for the suggestion, I have tried that, but unfortunately that didn't help, seemingly because the same download method is used at the phone, even if it's triggered elsewhere.
I'm having a similar issue. I keep getting that annoying "Google Play Store won't run unless you update Google Play Services" When I click on the notification, it opens the Play Store to Play Services app, but it must be up to date because the only option available is "Deactivate" I can't download new apps or updates. I can disable and force stop Download Manager then enable and it will work temporarily. I was getting the same notification on my Note 8, but the Play Store was unaffected. This is pretty annoying for a brand new $1,100 phone.
