I think you sign up for Spotify premium from your Note 10 device, and it should recognize device or may ask for proof if preorder purchase. I used to have premium, so I don't think I can get it. The terms can be found in the fine print on the note 10 preorder page in the shop Samsung app or website.

Yes, I just went to the Spotify app and signed up under Samsung, 6 month for free. You just have to remember to cancel if you are not going to keep it.

I used to have Premium and just bought the Note 10+ and was able to get 6 months free. Just sign up from the new phone.
