I am having issues of the sound from whatever I am listening to cutting off in the middle of it. It has happened so far while I was listening to Spotify in my car (the track still keeps counting down like it is still playing) and while I was watching a show from the CBS all access app (the video is still playing) with my Bose wireless headsets. The only way I find to remedy this problem temporarily is to pull down the top menu and click on media (from here you can see the sound options, either select the sound coming out of your phone or the Bluetooth device). From here I click on phone then back to the Bluetooth device. The sound will resume however only for about 2 mins and it will cut off again.
I would recommend checking your sleeping applications to see if Spotify is listed to not run in the background when screen timeout triggers.

I have a new Note 10+, and brand new bluetooth earbuds. A phone call cuts in / out. And all my sounds on the cell will not play through the bluetooth earbuds. No music, no notifications, nothing. I can receive a phone call. I've checked all the settings, for several hours. Also, I paired the earbuds to my tablet, and everything plays nicely. It's the phone. Please advise.
Do you have power saving mode enabled? Are the application's being optimized in your optimize list?
I'm experiencing this same problem when connected to my car stereo via Bluetooth. Music constantly skips as though it's playing from a scratched CD and if I answer the phone, it drops the connection and I have to manually re-pair it. Browsing Reddit I've seen that this is a fairly common issue.
All of my settings are set the way replies have suggested. Permission to run in background, etc, etc. This was never a problem with my Note 4, 5 or 8, but is frustrating at best and dangerous at worst with my 10+. Bluetooth calls via my car stereo should be reliable, this isn't just an annoyance, it's a safety issue.
I have the same issue. My phone disconnects from all my bluetooth devices and reconnects after a few seconds . This happens with the Galaxy Buds, the vehicle, and the Galaxy Gear S3. Extremely annoying and unsafe.
I am having the same issue. When I listen to music in my car it skips/cuts out a lot! very annouying. I also noticed that my air pods will randomly just stop working as well. I have troubleshooted every way possible, from clearing cache, resetting network settings, downloading music to my phone and playing from insternal storage, etc. When I re-sync my old Note 5 or any other phone... no problems at all. so its not a hardware issue in my car. there is something going on within the note 10 plus hardware/software. I am confident Samsung will fix it eventually. Until then, it just a nuisance.
I'd like to go ahead and escalate this with our specialists. To get this going, can you guys provide me with the following information:
