My note 10 is not 2yrs old and sometimes I hit the power button to shut the screen off and sometimes it shuts the phone totally off! Sometimes when I recieve or begin a conversation on the phone it completely shuts the phone off after a few words right after they answer my call or I answer their call! .... Help I had problems withe my note 8 after 3 replacements they bought it back which allowed me to purchase a new note10..... constant problems... any solutions or someone with Samsung that I can contact.
