Ever since update the camera pics are hazy. Your text support sucks because nobody logs on. My kids have been trying to get me to get an iPhone for years...perhaps it's time.
Updates don't ruin the quality of photos typically to that point. Not trying to belittle your issue, but could you potentially just have a dirty lense? I've had people come to me with a real foggy photo and fix it with a spray and wipe of the lense
I understand what you're saying and that's what I don't understand. How does this happen after an update? The lens is clean. I've been waiting for support but nobody has picked up after 20 minutes.
