My phone won't recognize my S-pen as being inserted. When inserted i still have my S-pen bubble on my screen and phone says its removed. I've tried turning off the air commands and turning back on then clicking use same pen but when prompted to insert Pen it didn't recognize me inserting it. Any help would be appreciated.
that's my problem, it won't charge since the phone doesn't recognize as being inserted. At the time I made the post the S-pen was charged, S-pen is original pen.
