Re: Note10 60fps mode heavily blurs/softens videos

Were you able to test this in medium-to-low light conditions using US version Note 10?

If you can please upload a 20-30 sec sample of 1080p 60 vs 30fps, it would be very useful for me to compare my phone with it as I do no have access to any US variant nor do I know anyone with note 10 among my friends.

This will help me talk to the support team in my region.

Re: Note10 60fps mode heavily blurs/softens videos

Hi!

I've recently discovered the same problem on my s10e. After playing around for a while, I think I've found a solution.

If you change the HDR setting to be 'always on', in stead of 'when needed', the blur dissapears when making a video in 60fps. Or at least on my phone, I hope it works on yours as well!

The problem only occurs in med-low light indoor areas, right?

Yes, I noticed it only in low-light regions. If I shoot in 60fps outside in natural light, it's perfect - no issues.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will try and see tonight how it affects the video.

I did post this as a feedback and received a reply from the samsung members team.
