I received and activated my Note10+ on Thursday and pretty much noticed an odd phenomenon right away. When being used on speakerphone, the phone itself vibrates quite clearly. I stream a lot of my shows on the phone and at least half of the shows are being streamed on speaker, the other half with headphones. This vibration seems to come from an area directly beneath the Samsung logo on the back of the phone.
Anyone else with the same issue?
I thought it was my case since it's different from my Note8 but even with the case of the vibration is there. When I gently apply pressure to the back of the phone the vibration stops.
It feels almost like a mini sub is hiding in my phone. Obviously if this is something I need to address because it's a defect I'd want to know right away so I can exchange it with my carrier.
Thank you for following up. Yes, UbreakIfix is an authorized service center for Samsung. However, we have escalated this to our team of product specialist and will continue to monitor your concerns until we get further information.
Yes the software is up to date. Considering that this phone is less than 2 weeks old and during setup checked for updates as well as being checked by me, this sounds more like a hardware issue. This vibration stems from something almost directly beneath the Samsung logo in the phone and is lessened by applying slight pressure.
The Note10+ doesn't seem to be the only phone with his issues as this was reported by users of newer Galaxy S phones.
Are they an authorized Samsung repair center? I mean, sending someone to a third party to address an issue on a device that was literally released 10 days ago just doesn't sit too well with me.
And I know I'm not the only one with this issue because there is literally another thread mentioning the very same thing in related content called "Note 10 Plus Strong Vibrations while playing audio over stereo speakers".
