By sim unlocking your phone it doesn't just become an unlocked model.  Unlocked meaning you bought your device that was not attached to any carrier from the beginning.  In order for you to be eligible for the upcoming Note10 beta, you would need to have your phone's firmware flash...I also have a Note10 (T-Mobile) and not eligible for the beta but I am hoping carrier version beta of Note10 will follow.

@iFORGOT you will have to go through tmobile and request it to be unlocked assuming it is paid off
