It will come when they decide, this is a way for more people to use the Samsungs Members app tho. I never use this app as much as I do now, to check to see if the update as arrived.
What I've found to work on my S10+ was to go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members and clear data. After that, load Samsung Members back up and register. It should work now. Happy beta testing!
I have an s10e in the usa on tmobile and got mine yesterday but not everyone is getting it as it says first come first serve so if u app reset and re register u just moving down the line
