The Note 10 is Samsung's flagship phone. Yet they provide the Android 10 Beta to their #2 phones. Very strange...

The carriers that work with the US are notorious for slowing the already slow samsung update process. Probably just pushing it in markets that'll let it out in a timely manner then when bugs are fixed and final releases are ready the US will get that.
