It was said that it came out on phones overseas the 31st of December, I belive before this they said that the update would be avalible to everyone in the 10 series by February, this also could be delayed by your carrier.

You're welcome. Theyve been issuing updates a bit ahead of schedule so it wouldn't surprise me if it hits late January given this rollouts projections

A redditor whose been knowledgeable about these things in the past has indicated that the release candidate was given to the US carriers at the end of December. Per this redditor, if they approve it outright, we'll see the update pushed before month's end. Take all this with a grain of salt. Afterall, it is something one presumably anonymous internet user read from yet another presumably anonymous internet on r/GalaxyNote10 this morning.
