Phone temperature too low

My Note 10 plus just started acting up, it will not charge, it says temperature too low when in fact it is warm. I had a replacement phone sent by my carrier and I am having the exact same issue with the replacement phone. I am reading all over the internet that this is a huge common problem yet Samsung is not addressing the issue. Well this be another battery fail for Samsung? Help.

I am having the same issue with my S8 phone after replacing the battery and induction pad.  Did you ever had it fixed?
