Problems with latest update - N970USQU3CTC9

My phone updated the software this morning.  Now, it only displays in b&w.  I have power cycled, cleared the cache and my adaptive brightness is off.  I wish it were possible to blackout the update.

PLEASE help!!

Hello @userQ9xbkjm4aF ,

 

Unfortunately theres no way to revert back to the previous software. I suggest backing up all of your data to the samsung cloud and google cloud/photos and then perform a factory reset. Once thats complete and the issue still stands I suggest going into a samsung certified location to have your software reloaded properly

I had never checked on the wind down settings before, but they match my Do Not Disturb times, so I turned it on.  Full color is back.

@userQ9xbkjm4aF before doing the factory reset did you check to make sure your device is not on the highest power saving mode?

Try this: press the volume up and power key at the same time if that doesn't work, then I don't know what will. Sorry
